Austin, Texas (June 24, 2022) – An individual is dead following a crash with a semi-truck on I-35 Friday morning. First responders responded to the incident at 2:57 a.m. where they discovered one person pinned inside the passenger vehicle, unconscious.
Officials on the scene said they quickly worked to remove the person trapped. At 3:26 a.m., first responders were able to remove the person and were taken to nearby, St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. They did not survive.
Police say the passenger vehicle crashed into the semi-truck, but the full details are still being investigated.
