Texas Is an At-Fault State
In Texas, drivers involved in car accidents always include someone who is at-fault, meaning that there is an individual who caused the accident to occur. In the case above, the Frontier lost control and resulted in a deadly four-vehicle wreck. Because of this, the insurance company in contact with the driver of the Frontier could face claims of wrongful death and personal injury. However, insurance companies are only looking out for their best interests.
