One Killed, One Injured in Deadly Rollover Accident in Muleshoe

Muleshoe, TX (12/17/2019) – A one-vehicle rollover resulted in one death and one injury early Saturday morning, according to DPS.

The accident happened around 5 a.m. on US 70. Isaac Luebanos, 23, was driving the vehicle when it left the highway and overcorrected. The car rolled.

Luebanos was taken to Muleshoe Area Medical Center then transferred to University Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

The passenger riding with Luebanos, 21-year-old Joey Luebanos, was ejected from the vehicle and he died at the scene.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
