McKinney, TX (1/21/2021) – A person was killed after being involved in a six-vehicle wreck Thursday night.
The accident happened on W University Drive at Lake Forest Drive near Baylor Scott & Medical Center. The crash involved six vehicles with one that caught on fire.
The driver whose vehicle caught on fire was killed at the scene. He was identified as Eugenio Villegas.
Three people were also hospitalized.
The driver that caused the accident, Tiffany Woodruff, was arrested and taken to Collin County Jail. She’s believed to have acted on intoxication manslaughter.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
