Wrong-way collisions are one of the most deadly kinds of collisions on roads even though they are less common. In the case above, Jones was ultimately killed while Bundrant remains in serious condition at a Texas hospital.
Because Jones caused a wrong-way accident, Bundrant has a right to a personal injury claim against Jones and his insurance. It is important to have an experienced lawyer handling the case who understands personal injury. An attorney can deal with insurance adjusters for you, negotiate settlements, and represent your best interests if a lawsuit is needed.
