Titus County, TX (12/9/2020) – One person was killed and two children were injured in a single-vehicle wreck near Mount Pleasant.
The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of County Roads 4240 and 4250 in Titus County when a Hyundai Elantra failed to stop at the intersection and left the road. They later struck a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, 29-year-old Niesha Brown, was killed at the scene.
Two juvenile passengers were taken to separate hospitals. One suffered serious injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
