Dallas, TX (9/17/2021) – A passenger was killed after a fatal crash Friday night.
The accident happened around 11 p.m. on Interstate 345 at Ross Avenue. A Jeep collided into the back of a FedEx semi-truck.
The driver of the Jeep, Aspin LaShawn Jackson, faces a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter.
Her front passenger, a 29-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital where she later died.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
