Pedestrian Accident Lawyer
Due to the nature of the incident, the surviving family of the pedestrian is entitled to a wrongful death claim against the Freightliner box truck driver. According to Texas law, a pedestrian has the right of way when crossing an intersection at a crosswalk. Because a car came along as a pedestrian was crossing Westheimer, the right to receive a wrongful death claim remains substantial.
