Texarkana, TX (1/30/2020) -A man is now dead after attempting to cross a street in Texarkana Wednesday evening.
According to police, 89-year-old Perry McKee was crossing Moores Lane from the Walmart Shopping Center around 6:15 p.m. when a Nissan Altima driven by 23-year-old Lakota Johnson struck him.
McKee was killed at the scene.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
