Person Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Wreck

Lubbock, TX (10/1/2020) – One person was sent to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck occurred in Lubbock.

The accident happened Thursday morning at the intersection of FM 1585 and Highway 62/82. A vehicle was stopped on FM 1585 and failed to yield the right-of-way to an SUV on 62/82. The vehicle pulled out to turn and then collided with the SUV.

A passenger in the SUV was transported to Covenant Medical Center for minor injuries.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
