Person Killed after Pile-Up Wreck in Houston

Houston, TX (8/19/2021) – A person was killed after being involved in a wreck with multiple vehicles Thursday night.

The accident happened around 9:30 p.m. on the East Freeway near Dell Dale Street. Two cars collided after another SUV vehicle ran into a previous crash.  

The driver of the SUV was ejected. They later died from their injuries. 

A fourth vehicle also crashed into a freeway wall when its driver slammed on the brakes to avoid the previous wrecks.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
