San Angelo, TX (1/25/2021) – One person was killed on Monday after a vehicle struck them in San Angelo.
The accident happened at the corner of 19th Street and Chadbourne when a Ford F250 going at a high rate of speed crashed into two vehicles.
Kristine N. Rodriguez, 38, was killed at the scene.
Two women, ages 60 and 62, were taken to the hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
The driver of the Ford, 32-year-old Steven Baros, was arrested and charged with State Jail Felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and Second Degree Felony Evading Arrest Detention Causing Death.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
