Smith County, TX (10/18/2020) – A wreck in Smith County left one person killed and one injured Sunday afternoon.
The three-vehicle wreck occurred around 2 p.m. on Highway 110 west of Garden Valley. Two people had to be extricated from the wreck using the Jaws of Life.
One person was killed as a result of the wreck. Another person was taken to the hospital by UT Health EMS.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
