Rusk County, TX (5/15/2020) – A wreck involving a vehicle and an 18-wheeler left possible injuries Thursday morning.
The accident happened on US 79 between County Roads 344 and 333. The vehicles involved a passenger car and an 18-wheeler hauling plywood.
No fatalities have been reported. Injuries remain unknown at this time. Officials say there is a significant amount of debris still in the roadway, and for drivers to use caution when traveling between Henderson and Carthage.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
