Rollover Crash Left Two Dead in San Marcos

San Marcos, TX (1/6/2020) – Two people are now dead after a rollover crash in San Marcos, Texas late Thursday evening.

The accident occurred right before 12:00 a.m. in the 1000 block of State Highway 123 near Highway 87. A Honda Accord headed northbound veered to the right, struck a culvert, and rolled. The two people in the car were ejected.

The driver, 52-year-old Daniel Aguilar, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The passenger, 55-year-old Raymond Silguero, was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
