Lubbock, TX (7/10/2020) – Three people are now seriously injured after being involved in a single-vehicle crash in Lubbock.
The accident happened in the 4600 block of 34th Street around 1 a.m. when a Toyota Camry headed eastbound on 34th lost control, entered a parking lot, and struck a light pole.
The driver, 25-year-old Shadley Perez, and two passengers, 29-year-old Isaiah Lucio and 28-year-old Jessica Perez, suffered serious injuries and were transported to UMC.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
Investigators are currently looking into what may have caused Shadley Perez to lose control and drive the vehicle into a light pole. Police will also conduct interviews, contact witnesses, and file reports.
