Three People Hospitalized after 18-Wheeler Crashes into a Wall

Dallas, TX (2/28/2021) – Three people are now hospitalized after an 18-wheeler crashed into a wall on the Dallas North Tollway Sunday morning.

The accident happened around 11:55 a.m. when the driver lost control and hit a crash attenuator. The fuel tank of the 18-wheeler ruptured and then caught fire.

The driver and the two passengers escaped before the cab was engulfed in flames. 

All three were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
