Boyd, TX (3/14/2021) – Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle wreck occurred Sunday night near Boyd.
The accident happened around 6:40 p.m. at the intersection of FM 51 and Texas 114. A Kia Sorento attempted to turn left onto Texas 114 from FM 51 but failed to yield the right-of-way to a Ford Crown Victoria headed west on Texas 114.
Three people were taken to the hospital: 18-year-old Gabriel Gonzales, 67-year-old Gilberto Enriquez, and 62-year-old Silvia Solis-Guerra. Their injuries were not disclosed.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
