Dallas, TX (7/30/2021) – Three people were killed and two others were injured in a fiery wreck overnight after a speeding race.
The accident happened on 300 W. Mockingbird Lane. A Range Rover and a Chevy Tahoe were speed racing when the Tahoe hit a guardrail, went airborne, and then crashed into a building. Two people were thrown from the vehicle.
All three occupants in the Tahoe were killed at the scene.
The Range Rover crashed into a telephone pole and caught fire. The two occupants were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
