San Antonio, TX (12/17/2019) -A woman is now hospitalized after a multi-vehicle wreck in San Antonio late Monday night.

The wreck occurred just after 10 p.m. at the intersection of Camp Bullis Road and Interstate 10 when a black truck was T-boned by a white sedan that ran a red light, according to police. The sedan spun and also crashed into a small SUV.

The driver of the sedan was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.

No other injuries were reported.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.

Running a red light at a traffic stop is a violation of Texas roadway laws, and a clear indication of negligence. If someone commits an act of negligence, and it results in injury, the victim has a right to file a claim for personal injury. For the situation above, the woman is entitled to file a personal injury claim against the red light runner due to their negligence and acts of causing a t-bone accident.
