Killeen, TX (6/22/2020) – Two people are now dead and four others are injured after a fatal wreck in Killeen Saturday night.
The accident happened on SH 195 and FM 2484 around 4:00 p.m. A Toyota Sienna was stopped at a stop sign and was attempting a left turn but failed to yield for a Dodge Ram pickup truck. The pickup hit the left side of the van.
The driver of the Sienna, 40-year-old Amanda Dawn Dixion Williams, and passenger, 15-year-old Katie Marie Burch were both pronounced dead.
The front seat passenger of the Toyota was transported to Baylor Scott and White in stable condition.
The driver and passenger of the Dodge pick-up truck were treated on the scene.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
