Lubbock, TX (1/7/2021) – Two siblings were killed and one person was left injured in a fatal single-vehicle wreck Thursday morning in Lubbock.
The accident happened around 1 a.m. near 4th and Toledo. Two siblings, 29-year-old Jennifer Garza and her brother Joe Garza Jr., and a close relative were out celebrating a birthday Wednesday night. Early Thursday morning, the group left and, as they were driving, veered off the road and rolled.
The two siblings both died in the wreck.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
Wrongful Death Lawyers
According to the John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, one out of every five car crashes is a single-vehicle crash. Single-car accidents can be frustrating, and in some cases, a scary situation depending on the occurrence.
The surviving families of the two victims may be entitled to a wrongful death claim due to the actions of the driver. While it remains to be seen what exactly caused the vehicle to roll over, the actions resulted in the deaths of Jennifer Garza and Joe Garza Jr.
