Two Dead, Many Injured after Crash in Beaumont

Beaumont, TX (9/20/2021) – A fatal multi-vehicle crash left two people dead Monday night.

The accident happened on Interstate 10 at FM 365 around 8 p.m. when a black car headed eastbound traveled through the median and crashed with a van carrying seven passengers. 

The passenger of the black car and the backseat passenger of the van were killed. The driver of the black car and the other six people in the van were taken to hospitals to be treated for their injuries. 

One of the passengers of the van was life flighted to a Houston hospital. 

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
