Two Hospitalized after 18-Wheeler Falls Off Highway

San Antonio (1/24/2021) – Two people are now hospitalized after an 18-wheeler fell off the highway on the Northeast Side of San Antonio.

The accident happened around 5:00 a.m. Sunday at N Loop 1604 West and Lookout Road. An Amazon delivery semi-truck fell off the highway after veering in the right lanes. 

The driver and the co-pilot of the truck were taken to the hospital for their injuries.  

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
