Plainview, TX (10/5/2020) – Three people were hospitalized after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in Plainview.
The accident happened Monday night around 10 p.m. A Mazda was headed southbound and approached 24th and Fresno streets when he failed to yield the right-of-way at the intersection and continued to make a left turn. That’s when the Mazda was struck by a Chevrolet SUV.
The driver and passenger of the Mazda were taken to Covenant Hospital Plainview for non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the SUV was also evaluated and taken by EMS to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
The actions between the two vehicles resulted in three people with non-life-threatening injuries. The people in the car that was hit by the negligent driver making a left turn have a right to file a personal injury claim against the negligent driver.
