Liberty, TX (11/29/2020) – Two people were killed in a four-vehicle wreck that occurred in Liberty County on Sunday.
The accident happened on State Highway 105 at the Trinity River Bridge around 8 p.m. A BMW slammed into a Mustang head-on, causing the BMW to fly over the bridge and plummet 20 feet down.
Both drivers were killed.
A 15-year-old was rushed to the hospital via helicopter and two additional people suffered minor injuries as a result of the wreck.
A 6-month-old was also involved in the collision but the infant was not hurt.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led to the accident, and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
