Two People Killed in Fatal Two-Vehicle Wreck in Northeast Harris County

Harris County, TX (6/27/2021) – Two people were killed in a two-vehicle crash in northeast Harris County on Sunday.

The wreck occurred around 4:30 p.m. when a car lost control on Beaumont Highway in the rain and crossed into oncoming traffic, where it was struck by a truck. 

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene.

Two others were taken to the hospital in unknown condition. 

The driver of the truck was charged with a DWI.
