Deaf Smith County, TX (6/12/2020) – Two people are dead and one person was left injured after a two-vehicle wreck in Deaf Smith County.
The accident happened on FM 809 when 19-year-old Francisco-Oliver Cabrales and his passenger Josue Quiroz, 26, made a left turn into a business and went into the path of another driver going south on FM 809.
Cabrales and Quiroz died on the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported by a family member to Amarillo’s Northwest Texas Hospital for his injuries where he was treated and released, according to TxDPS.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
