Clear Lake, TX (7/7/2020) – A woman is now dead after being involved in a single-vehicle wreck in Clear Lake Saturday evening.
The accident happened around 6 p.m. on El Camino Real at Almond Brook Lane. The driver of a Corvette was traveling at high speeds on El Camino Real when he lost control and crashed into a tree.
The passenger, a 23-year-old woman, was killed at the scene.
The driver of the Corvette, a 27-year-old man, was hospitalized.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
