Houston, TX (6/13/2021) – A woman was fatally struck by a vehicle after getting out of her car following a two-vehicle crash in Harris County.
The accident happened on the North Freeway around 3:52 a.m. between a Mustang and a Mazda. A Mustang was struck by a Toyota Rav 4, and the female driver of the Mustang exited her vehicle when a Mazda came by and struck her.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The RAV4 and the Mazda drivers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
