Woman Struck, Killed in Multi-Vehicle Incident

Orange County, TX (1/18/2021) – A woman was killed after being hit by multiple vehicles Monday night.

The accident happened on I-10 near the Texas-Louisiana state line around 7:45 p.m. between Simmons Drive and the Sabine River. The woman was struck by a Chevrolet pickup truck then hit by several additional cars. 

She was killed at the scene. 

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
