Houston, TX (7/14/2020) – A young man is now dead after being hit while riding his skateboard late Monday in northwest Harris County.
The accident happened around 11:45 p.m. on W. Montgomery Road. A man in his late teens was riding his skateboard when he was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle drove off without rendering aid.
The teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to officials, the accident scene is poorly lit and there are no sidewalks.
