Young Woman Killed after Fatal Wreck on Loop 360

Austin, TX (7/30/2021) – A woman was killed after an early morning wreck on Loop 360 near Pennybacker Bridge.

The accident happened on North Capitol of Texas Highway around 1 a.m. when a Subaru struck a Saturn. 

The driver of the Saturn, 23-year-old Mary Rebecca Grayson, was pronounced dead as a result of the wreck. 

Four other people were sent to the hospital and the driver of the SUV was ejected from their vehicle. They were sent to the hospital in critical condition.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
