How to get an Allen Police Department Accident Report

There will be a $6 report fee all requests. In person report fees may be paid through check, Visa, Mastercard, money order or cash. Only exact change will be accepted. You can call the Allen PD at (214)509-4350 with any questions.

Your request must include the $6 report fee, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Mail request report fees may be paid through either money order or check.
