Fatal Motorcycle Accident in El Paso

El Paso, TX (September 23, 2019) – Two motorcyclists died in a collision with a SUV in El Paso.

The motorcycle accident happened Sunday around 5:00 p.m. at the intersection of North Mesa Street and Resler Driver.

According to authorities, a 2019 Kawasaki ZX6 motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed, when it collided into a Honda CRV that was traveling southbound on Mesa making a left turn into the shopping center.

The impact of the collision caused the driver and passenger to be ejected from the bike. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. 

The motorcycle driver was identified as 21-year-old Alexander Todd Warchocki. The passenger was 23-year-old Gladys Juliet Hernandez. Both were from Fort Bliss.

There were three people in the SUV, including a 3-year-old child. Each person went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Crash investigators will review all factors concerning the collision and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
