Investigators Looking into Fatal Westheimer Road Crash

Houston, TX (10/23/2019) – Houston police are actively investigating a fatal collision that occurred at 11900 Westheimer road at 6 a.m. earlier today.

According to authorities, the victim was riding a black Ducati motorcycle westbound on Westheimer when he struck a curb and crossed into oncoming traffic. A white Nissan Altima heading eastbound struck him. 

The victim, 33, was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. He was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the Nissan was also transported to the same hospital for minor injuries.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
