Three-Vehicle-Crash-Involving-an-Off-Duty-Police-OfficerAn off-duty Houston Police officer suffered minor injuries after a rear-end collision while riding on a motorcycle on the North Freeway.

The accident occurred Thursday afternoon on the southbound lanes of I-45 near Cavalcade Street.

The off-duty officer was struck from behind which caused him to collide into a Harris County Precinct 1 deputy constable’s patrol vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation and police reports will be made available in ten days.
