Houston (January 9, 2019) – Law enforcement responded to a two-vehicle crash near FM 2100 and Fairway Crossing Drive and found a man by the name of David Moser, dead in his vehicle.

The accident occurred Wednesday after 4:00 p.m. Mr. Moser was driving a Jeep Patriot westbound on Fairway Crossing heading towards FM 2100. He stopped at a stop sign and turned left, crossing in front of a northbound Jeep Wrangler. The Wrangler hit Moser’s vehicle and he died from his injuries.

According to deputies, the Wrangler had the right of way since there was no stop sign. The intersection only had the stop sign on Fairway Crossings.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the collision and police reports will be made available in ten days.
