Pedestrian Accident Lawyer
Due to the nature of the incident, the surviving family of the pedestrian may be entitled to a wrongful death claim against the semi-truck driver. According to Texas law, a pedestrian has the right of way when crossing an intersection at a crosswalk. However, the pedestrian was walking across a highway, so it remains to be seen if the driver is wholly liable and at-fault.
